bg_image_animation=&#8220;none&#8220;][vc_column_text]\n<h5>Was ist das?<\/h5>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\">Pathologie der Makula<\/h1>\n<p>Die Makula ist ein kleiner Bereich mit gelber Pigmentierung in der Mitte der Netzhaut (sie ist der d\u00fcnnste Teil der Netzhaut), der eine hohe Konzentration von Photorezeptorzellen aufweist. Trotz ihrer geringen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe ist sie f\u00fcr die Funktionen des Auges von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, da sie f\u00fcr das <strong>zentrale Sehen<\/strong>, das <strong>Bewegungssehen des<\/strong> menschlichen Auges, sowie f\u00fcr das genauere Sehen verantwortlich ist. In einigen F\u00e4llen ist der Glask\u00f6rper nicht in der Lage, sich vollst\u00e4ndig von der Netzhaut zu l\u00f6sen und bleibt an einigen Stellen haften. Diese Bereiche mit Glask\u00f6rperanhaftungen \u00fcben eine Zugkraft auf die Makula aus, die mit der Zeit zur Bildung eines Makulaforamens f\u00fchren kann.  <\/p>\n<p>Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Makulal\u00f6chern, je nachdem, ob sie die Dicke der Netzhaut ganz oder teilweise beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Makulaforamen ist in der Regel auf den Alterungsprozess zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, obwohl es auch andere Risikofaktoren gibt , die sein Auftreten beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen, wie z. B. Auch wenn es zun\u00e4chst keine Symptome gibt, kann es zu einem erheblichen Sehverlust f\u00fchren. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In der Anfangsphase, w\u00e4hrend der Entstehung des Makulaforamens, kommt es zu einer Ver\u00e4nderung des Sehverm\u00f6gens, die sich in einer leichten Unsch\u00e4rfe oder einem verschwommenen Sehen \u00e4u\u00dfert. Wenn das Makulaforamen fortschreitet und sich vergr\u00f6\u00dfert, kann im zentralen Blickfeld ein dunkler Fleck erscheinen, dessen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von dem betroffenen Bereich abh\u00e4ngt, sowie eine Verzerrung des Bildes. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Es ist sehr wichtig, diese Krankheit fr\u00fchzeitig zu erkennen, wenn sich die Bildung des Makulaforamens noch im Anfangsstadium befindet, um eine bessere Erholung des Sehverm\u00f6gens zu erreichen. Diese Operation besteht darin, den Glask\u00f6rper zu entfernen, ihn von der Makula zu l\u00f6sen und den entstandenen Riss zu reparieren. Es ist auch notwendig, die Membranen zu entfernen, die um das Loch herum wachsen und es offen halten, um die Netzhaut freizulegen. Am Ende des Eingriffs wird eine Gasblase in das Auge eingef\u00fchrt, damit es sich schlie\u00dft.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Es gibt F\u00e4lle von kleinen L\u00f6chern, die mit einer <strong>intravitrealen Injektion<\/strong> von <strong>Ocriplasmin<\/strong> behandelt werden k\u00f6nnen, das die Zugkraft des Glask\u00f6rpers aufhebt und die L\u00f6cher verschlie\u00dft, ohne dass ein Eingriff erforderlich ist, obwohl sie auch spontan heilen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][divider line_type=&#8220;No Line&#8220; custom_height=&#8220;40&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">2. Sie ist gekennzeichnet durch einen langsamen und fortschreitenden Verlust des Sehverm\u00f6gens im zentralen Bereich des Gesichtsfeldes, w\u00e4hrend das periphere (seitliche) Sehen erhalten bleibt, was es dem Patienten erm\u00f6glicht, sich in einer vertrauten Umgebung zu verteidigen. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Feuchte AMD<\/strong>: Sie ist gekennzeichnet durch das Wachstum neuer Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe (neovaskul\u00e4re Membran) unter der Makula. B. verzerrtes Sehen von Objekten<strong>(Metamorphopsie<\/strong>), verschwommenes Sehen, erh\u00f6hte Lichtempfindlichkeit oder pl\u00f6tzlicher Verlust des zentralen Sehens, um nur einige zu nennen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In einem fortgeschrittenen Stadium der Krankheit berichtet der Patient, dass er einen dunklen Fleck im Bereich des zentralen Sehens sieht, der sich verdunkeln und vergr\u00f6\u00dfern kann, je weiter die AMD fortgeschritten ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Um das Auftreten der ersten Symptome zu best\u00e4tigen, kann der Patient einen einfachen Test, das so genannte <strong>Amsler-Gitter<\/strong>, durchf\u00fchren, bei dem er den zentralen Punkt eines Gitters mit einem Auge und dann mit dem anderen Auge betrachtet. Es ist daher ratsam, ab dem 50. Lebensjahr regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Kontrolluntersuchungen beim Augenarzt wahrzunehmen, da eine fr\u00fchzeitige Diagnose in vielen F\u00e4llen verhindern kann, dass die Krankheit schlie\u00dflich zur Erblindung f\u00fchrt. Zur Vorbeugung ist es auch ratsam, bestimmte gesunde Gewohnheiten in Bezug auf die Ern\u00e4hrung (eine gesunde und abwechslungsreiche Ern\u00e4hrung) und das Rauchen anzunehmen.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die derzeitige Behandlung der Makuladegeneration konzentriert sich auf die Bek\u00e4mpfung der feuchten Form der AMD. Seit einigen Jahren ist die <strong> intravitrealeInjektion<\/strong> von anti-angiogenen Medikamenten angezeigt, deren Wirkung das Fortschreiten der neovaskul\u00e4ren Membranen blockiert. Es handelt sich dabei um eine ambulante Behandlung , die unter \u00f6rtlicher Bet\u00e4ubung durchgef\u00fchrt wird und eine sehr strenge \u00dcberwachung des Patienten erfordert. Die Folge dieser Komplikation ist ein leichter oder schwerer Verlust des Sehverm\u00f6gens, obwohl das periphere Sehen in vielen F\u00e4llen erhalten bleibt.   <\/p>\n<p>Obwohl die Ursachen f\u00fcr ein Makula\u00f6dem vielf\u00e4ltig sein k\u00f6nnen, ist das Risiko, ein Makula\u00f6dem zu entwickeln , in der Regel haupts\u00e4chlich mit Komplikationen von Augenkrankheiten wie <strong> diabetischerRetinopathie<\/strong>, <strong> altersbedingter Makuladegeneration<\/strong> (AMD), <strong> Venenthrombose<\/strong> (Verstopfung der Netzhautvenen ) oder <strong>Uveitis<\/strong> verbunden. Gelegentlich kann sie auch eine Folge eines<strong> augenchirurgischen Eingriffs sein.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Kontrolluntersuchungen beim Augenarzt sind unerl\u00e4sslich, um ein Makula\u00f6dem fr\u00fchzeitig zu erkennen und so schnell wie m\u00f6glich zu behandeln. Bei Diabetikern muss diese Kontrolle noch strenger sein, um die Wahrscheinlichkeit, daran zu erkranken, zu verringern.
