At Oftalmedic Salvà we attach the utmost importance to the concept of patient satisfaction, since it is a highly valuable indicator when evaluating the results of our clinical activity and activating improvement mechanisms if necessary.
The patient is at the center of all our actions. Therefore, achieving their satisfaction means offering an effective and lasting solution to their visual problem and achieving their optimal recovery.
To ensure that we meet this objective of patient satisfaction, we have our own methodology that allows us to know, understand and assume first hand what their needs are and also their real expectations.
Thus, patients’ opinions become the best source of information for reorienting our care processes to incorporate their point of view and to improve our ophthalmology service on a daily basis.
