The objective of this international standard that regulates Quality Management Systems (QMS) is to promote continuous improvement in all work processes involved in the operation of the organization. To this end, protocols have been established to reinforce the effectiveness of the company’s own quality systems and a model based on continuous improvement has been implemented and deployed at all levels of the organization. <\/p>\n
