• Medical director and founder of the Oftalmedic Salvà network of ophthalmology centers since 1988.
• Chief of the Ophthalmology Service of the General Hospital of Mallorca, 1986-2007.
• Founder and director of the first Eye Bank of the Balearic Islands at the General Hospital of Mallorca, 1990.
