OFTALMEDIC SALVÀ S.L.U. informs the USER of our website that we have updated our Privacy Policy, in application of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, so that you have more detailed knowledge about the collection and processing of personal data obtained through www.oftalmedic.esas well as through their social networks, and their rights over such data. This change does not affect the way in which the USER uses our website, so your experience will remain the same.

The access and use of this website implies by the USER the knowledge and acceptance of the conditions included in this Privacy Policy.

OFTALMEDIC SALVÀ S.L.U. reserves the right to introduce modifications in the present Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to legislative and/or jurisprudential changes. How do we collect your personal information?

OFTALMEDIC SALVÀ, S.L.U. collects information from USERS when they make use of the different forms and/or functionalities enabled on the website or in its social networks, which require them to voluntarily provide their personal data.

The information that OFTALMEDIC SALVÀ, S.L.U. will register is the following:

  • Data provided through the contact form to make a request for information and/or a request for an appointment at our centers.
  • Data provided to subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Data provided by sending e-mails to the addresses identified on the website.
  • Data provided through the completion of forms or the use of the functionalities offered at any time on the web or social networks.

For what purposes do we use your personal data?

The USER ‘S personal data provided through the web www.oftalmedic.es will be incorporated to a specific automated file created by OFTALMEDIC SALVÀ, S.L.U. and under its responsibility, and will be treated with the following purposes:

  • To attend the USER’s queries/comments made through the forms and other functionalities enabled on the web in the following sections: “Contact”, “Agreement with insurers”, “Oftalmedic Salvà’s Blog”, “We can all collaborate”, as well as through its social networks.
  • Send newsletters by electronic means to USERS subscribed to this web service.

  • You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data, either because they are inaccurate or because they have changed(right of rectification).

OFTALMEDIC SALVÀ S.L.U. adopts the necessary information security measures to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of your personal data obtained through the website www.oftalmedic.es, in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD. In the event of any incident that compromises such data, we will inform you as soon as possible.
